All reservation requests will be replied/confirmed within 24 hours.
Payment
1. Pay by Credit Card: After receiving the final confirmed booking, you will pay us online, we will send you secured link for your online payment (This online payment is made by Onepay www.onepay.vn and Vietcombank www.vietcombank.com.vn) OR you will be required to fulfill in the Warranty Form, fax or scan and email to us. Your card will be charged upon each booking agreed between us or just for warranty and you will pay us upon arrival. Visa Card and Master Card are accepted, An addition of 3% will be added on to our tariff rates.9
2. Pay by Bank Transfer: After receiving the final confirmed bookings, A deposit of 50% will be requested to guarantee and all bank service charges will be borne by the payee. The balance will be paid upon arrival. We prefer Cash but Visa Card and Master Card are also accepted, an addition of 3% will be added on to our tariff rates.

Refund and Cancellation
Ø Full refund if the amendment/cancellation is received by our Hanoi Head Office more than 30 days in advance
Ø If you cancel late 30-15 days prior travel date, 30% of total fee will be charged
Ø If you cancel late 15-07 days prior travel date, 50% of total fee will be charged
Ø If you cancel late 07-03 days prior travel date, 70% of total fee will be charged
Ø If you cancel late 03 days prior travel date or no-show, 100% of total fee will be charged
Ø No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.
Child Rate
Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult)
Between 2-12 years: Sharing room without extra bed pay 30% adult fare, with extra bed pay 75% fare.
Tour Leaders
Services are provided free of charge for one tour leader with every 15 paying passengers. F.O.C for the tour leader is on twin shared basic. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.
Guides
All services will be provided with a qualified English speaking tour guide. Other foreign language-speaking guide (Germany, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Russian ...) can be arranged upon request with surcharge.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost, but we can assist you to ensure yourself comprehensively for the full duration of your tour. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance.
Liability
Handetour acts as an intermediary between transportation companies, airlines companies, hotels, tourist offices and all contractors providing services for tourists. So that Handetour is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused by said parties.
Programs and tours prices are based on the situation at the time of printing the tariff and could be subject to the change due to local conditions. Participation in tour program implies the clients’ agreement to the above.
